While the workshop will be aimed at designers, if you're a service-based business like a copywriter who needs to guide their client through the process, needs input from clients before a project can start, or needs to request feedback then this can also work for you.

The workshop is specifically created to empower you with the skills and strategies needed to get (re)started with your Dubsado setup so that yo can elevate your client workflows.

Throughout the three-part workshop, we will:

• Map out workflows: Together, we'll map out your inquiry, onboarding, and offboarding process and translate these into Dubsado workflows. After the workshop, you’ll be able to built these into your Dubsado.

• Understand Dubsado features: We'll dive into Dubsado's features, breaking down what it can and cannot do for your design studio. This understanding is key to leveraging the platform effectively for an elevated client experience.

• Discuss a step-by-step plan: You'll gain insights into a step-by-step plan designed to guide you through the Dubsado setup process. This plan eliminates overwhelm and trial-and-error struggles, providing you with a clear path to implementation.

By the end of the workshops, you'll not only have a solid understanding of Dubsado's capabilities but also possess the foundational skills and knowledge needed to confidently optimise your client workflows and built them into your Dubsado

Participating in the workshop is designed to be hassle-free, and you won't need any specialised materials or tools. Here's what you'll need:

Device: A computer, laptop, or tablet (using a mobile phone is not advised) with internet access is all you need to connect to the sessions.

Notepad and Pen: While not mandatory, having a notepad and pen can be helpful for jotting down key takeaways, personalized notes, or questions you might want to bring up during the Q&A section.

Dubsado Account (Optional): If you already have a Dubsado account, it might be beneficial to have it open during the workshop for practical demonstrations. However, this is entirely optional, and I'll ensure that the workshop content is accessible to everyone, regardless of their current Dubsado setup.
